Nokia 6820 Great Phone, Worthless Camera, January 29th

Pluses: Great reception and sound quality. Bluetooth and IR are a big plus. I use a BT headset and works perfectly. The fold out keypad is an excellent feature. Once you've used it, you'll never go back to text messaging on the phone keypad. Good battery life. Minuses: Camera is useless. No dedicated volume control. Not a specific phone issue, but Nokia PC Suites for syncing is absolutely horrible. I ended up buying Susteen DataPilot for syncing to Outlook. It works perfectly.
