Fairly reliable phone. Not a lot of bells and whistles, but sounds clear and easily fits in hand. My Dad owns one of the same models and likes it as well. Standard battery didn't last very long, but that's true with about all cell phones.

Good phone. Have had it for 6 years and good battery life and no dropped calls with this phone!! Very easy to use. Nice size.
