This phone is pretty reliable, although i would have to admit it is not the best cell phone. When trying to connect a call, it sometimes randomly ends the call even with full service. I never got the best service, but it worked alright. The camera works really well except when someone calls and you have a picture for them, the picture is about 1 cm by 1cm big. Overall i would honestly say reconsider getting this phone.
