Needed a new plastic belt holster for my now discontinued Samsung A500. My old one broke. Very hard to find now. They had em. Such a great price, I had to order 2! They even through in one of those antenna boosters. I SEEM to get a better signal in the local grocery store. Got to me fast, cheap and exactly what I wanted. This was the exact one that I bought in a mall kiosk for twice the price. Couldn’t in good conscience give them a 5 in Customer Service, I never talked to them. I suppose the best Customer Service is not making a mistake in the first place.

I ordered several items from them and I thought that they had sent me an incorrect item (I thought that the mobile battery charger did not fit my cell phone). I called them and spoke to a representative there (didn’t have to wait forever to get through either). I explained the problem and we went through the steps of figuring out what type of cell phone connector I had and the battery charger that was sent. The service rep was very knowledgeable and thorough and he figured out what the issue was (it turned out that, unlike the wall outlet battery charger that I used at home which had a cradle that the phone snapped onto, the mobile battery charger plugged into the back of the phone. Personally, I think that good customer service is especially important and often hard to find when dealing with Internet companies, and I was extremely pleased with the service I got from the Wireless Boys. I recommend them highly.
