Fulfillment:

We ship from locations both on the East and West Coast. While most of our products ship from our New York location, some products may also ship from a partnered warehouse located in California. After placing your order, it is just a short time away from shipping. Your order will be on its way to you within 24 hours. We have an amazingly high fulfillment rate, however from time to time items are on backorder. We do try and note any products that are not in stock on that product page. If the item is on backorder, we will provide you with an approximate ship date and keep the item on backorder to ship immediately once the item becomes available. If you wish to cancel the item on backorder, you may do so.

Shipping Options:

We currently ship within United States, Canada as well as to all APO and FPO boxes. Please see the rates above. All orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico as well as APO, FPO and PO Boxes will ship USPS Priority Mail.


Order Status and Tracking Information:

Please visit our online tracking system which will allow you to view your order details, order processing information as well as all tracking information.

Returns:

Fax or Mail In Orders:

We do accept mail in as well as faxed orders. Please complete the order form so that we can be sure we have all the proper information to process your order.

Placing An Order By Phone:

We accept phone in orders on our toll free number. Please give us a call at 1 866 843-9269. Our business hours are Monday - Friday 9-6 EST.


Sales Tax:

We are based out of New York so only New York residents are required to pay sales tax.


Purchasing Replacement Phones:

Currently, we do not sell replacement phones by mail order to the general public. We recommend renewing your contract or purchasing a new contract if you do not currently have insurance on your phone.


I Cant Find An Item I Am Looking For:

We currently do stock over 2,000 SKU's so there is a chance we may have the item that you are looking for. Please contact our service counter and we will be more than happy to help.


Refused/ Undeliverable Shipments:

Any shipments that are returned because they were undeliverable to the address you provided or were refused will be billed twice the original shipping rate.

Warranty Information:

We want you, the customer to shop our selection of products knowing we stand behind them. Most products we carry come with a limited warranty of one to three years. This includes private labeled car chargers, genuine leather cases, rapid home and travel chargers and batteries. Please see the item description for warranty details. All OEM products carry a minimum of a one year warranty and all warranty claims must be handled directly through the manufacturer. Please note: Items will not be covered under warranty that were abused or neglected resulting in the damage of product. As the cellular market advances so rapidly, if a product covered under warranty is no longer available, the highest available substitute will be sent in replacement
