I must admit that as soon as I received my phone, I knew that this was the phone for me. It is among the first phones made that are hybrid, using both Sprint PCS as well as Nextel service. The service is impeccable and I have not had any dropped calls since I first received it. It has a nice black color that doesn't stain much and isn't colossal compared to most nextel phones. The screen is adequate in size and the sounds come out crystal clear. I recommend this phone to everyone!
